Leafy Corner is a management sim that takes a more laid-back approach to the genre. Customers will leisurely browse through your shop’s selection while you’re free to tend to plants and decorate the shop.

Interactions are straightforward and quick; you can help customers find specific plants in your shop’s inventory and assist them with checkout with just a click. Meanwhile, when it comes to the plants in the game, each plant has specific watering needs that must be met to keep it healthy and thriving. Planting enough of certain types of plants will also unlock variants of those plants for you to grow and sell.

A nice detail in Leafy Corner is that as plants grow, you can actually see them go through various stages, and the whole process of watching them feels like watching a time-lapse of how house plants actually move throughout the day, even though we usually wouldn’t notice. Decorating the shop is also very simple, and the furniture options are easy to work with in the small space. You can change the color of any shelves you put up, as well as the walls and floor of the shop. And as you improve your shop’s reputation, you can also add even more decor pieces to really bring your shop to life. 

On the subject of bringing the shop to life through customization, Leafy Corner has a decent selection of character customization options to help you create a character that represents you. Leafy Corner currently has a demo available on Steam the full game is also set to release later this year.
