PancitoMerge Overview & Demo Experience

PancitoMerge is a cozy and extra sweet drop-merge game with a Mexican bakery twist. Players must merge various and familiar pan dulce (sweet breads) to create bigger treats.

PancitoMerge places a fun spin on the drop-merge genre by having players also serve some of these treats to eager customers. This mechanic also helps players clear excess treats from the board, which reveal hidden combos as other treats fall further down in the bag.

The PancitoMerge demo lets players attempt to set a personal high score in one of the bakeries. The demo, much like the full game, can be completed in a short or long play session, depending on how quickly players can keep the bag from overflowing. We both had a lot of fun trying to beat each other’s high scores, so a twenty-minute demo turned into an hour of playtime.

The demo for PancitoMerge is currently available on Steam and itch.io. The full game currently does not have a release date; however, it can be wishlisted on Steam.
